Deleon Springs State Park
Deleon Springs State Park sits on 625 acres and is located in De Leon Springs about 20 miles from Daytona Beach. The Spring is a second-magnitude spring that pumps about 20 million gallons of water a day. The deepest part of the spring is around 30 feet in depth at the spring boil.

There are plenty of different activities other than swimming in the springs. You can hike on a four-mile trail leading through the cypress swamp and you may see white-tailed deer, turkeys, black bears, and wild hogs. There is also a one-and-a-half-mile paved hiking trail for those bound in wheelchairs. You can also play volleyball, fish on a pier, and let the kids play on the playground.
