Santa Fe River

The Santa Fe River is 75 miles long and is in northern Florida. It passes through Alachua, Baker, Bradford, Columbia, Gilchrist, Suwannee, and Union counties. The wildlife along the river is plentiful and includes black bears, the Florida panther, and the bobcat. Manatees are also in these rivers, just not many of them. Fossils and Indian artifacts are often found along the Santa Fe River. The Santa Fe empties into the Suwannee River.
